- We recommend that passengers check in three hours prior to scheduled departure. - Check-in counters close 50 min. before takeoff. Passengers should be at the boarding gate at least 30 min. prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for passengers who have not checked in by this time. - In the event of a cancellation by the airline, passengers will receive meal vouchers and hotel accommodation at the nearest partner hotel. - Flight times can be altered depending on availability and payment of a $100 change fee. - Each passenger is allowed to check 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 40 lbs. Any excess weight is charged at a rate of $4/lb. Only one piece of carry-on luggage is allowed, and must not exceed 20 lbs. - All tickets are non-refundable (including taxes, fees and charges).
